Privacy Policy
Last Updated: 10 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Hidomu Runifi ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information gathered through hidomu-runifi.info (the "Site"). It applies to visitors of the Site and to individuals who submit inquiries through our contact form. It does not apply to information collected offline or through channels not linked from this Site.
When you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, and any message content you choose to provide. We do not require account creation and we do not collect payment information through this Site.
Like most websites, our server and any analytics tools we use may automatically log information such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring pages, and general usage patterns. This information is collected in aggregate and is used to understand how the Site is used, not to identify individuals personally.
We use the information collected to respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form, to maintain and improve the Site, and to understand general visitor behavior. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Where applicable, we process personal information on the basis of legitimate business interest in responding to inquiries and maintaining Site functionality, and, in the case of cookies not strictly necessary for the Site to function, on the basis of consent obtained through the cookie preference tool described in our Cookie Policy.
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site and, where consent is given, to understand usage patterns. A detailed breakdown of cookie categories, purposes, and how to manage preferences is available in our separate Cookie Policy.
We may share information with service providers who assist in operating the Site, such as hosting and analytics providers, under obligations to protect that information. We may also disclose information where required by law, such as in response to a valid legal request.
Contact form submissions are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the inquiry and for record-keeping purposes consistent with applicable law. Automatically collected analytics data is generally retained for a limited period consistent with the tools' default settings.
Residents of California and certain other states may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and similar state laws, including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information as defined under the CCPA. Requests can be submitted using the contact details in Section 11.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Questions about this Policy can be directed to [email protected] or by mail to 5527 Chester Ave, Philadelphia, PA.
